We are pleased to inform you with the nationwide implementation of 6% Goods and Service Tax (GST) which take effect from 1st April 2015 onwards.
O2O Digital (KL) Sdn Bhd is a registered GST company and our GST number is 001131630592.
With immediate effect, we will be issuing invoice up till 31st March 2015 as cut-off date, due to the implementation of GST. The respective invoices will carry service tax regime, where applicable.
Hence with effective from 1st April 2015 onwards, all invoice will be charged GST 6% which will be reflected accordingly in your statement.
This effort ensures that you will obtain a separate invoice detailing the GST charges paid by you for the period 1st April 2015 onwards. With this, it will allow you to submit claim input tax credits from the Royal Malaysian Customs Department subject to your eligibility under Malaysia's GST laws.
