Taobao Account Setup
1. Go to sea.taobao.com, click on [Register]
2. Fill out your username / password / reconfirm password / CAPTCHA. Hit the orange button.
3. Select Country as Malaysia and click on mail verification (to verify using email); or type in your mobile phone number and hit the orange box (to verify using mobile phone)
4. To verify using email, enter you email and hit the orange box.
5. Click on [Merchant's Center] and Click on [Start up shop for free]
6. Select [Personal Business](orange) or [Corporate](blue). Select [Overseas] and [Immediately Certification]
7. It will bring you to Alipay's certification page.
8. Continue on point [2.] of Alipay account Setup
