How to create Customer Groups


Customers > Settings > Customer Groups

To create a Customer Group,

  1. Go to Customers > Settings > Customer Groups
  2. Click New



You will then see the following page.


Descriptions :

  1. Customer Group Name
    • Enter the Customer Group Name
  2. Internal Notes
    • Input notes for internal reference, if applicable
  3. Sort Order
    • Define the sorting position of this group among other Customer Groups
  4. Save
    • Click to save and continue
  5. Back
    • Click to exit
