Document Required: Borang 9 (Certificate of Incorporation for SDN BHD) or Borang D (Certificate of Incorporation for Enterprise/Sole Proprietor).

.org.my
Document Required: Letter from Government Ministry that endorses the Organization

.edu.my
Document Required: For Ministry School (Letter from the Principal to apply for the Domain on the School Letterhead), For Private School (Letter from Malaysia Ministry of Education that approves the Organization as an Educational Institution)

.gov.my
Document Required: Letter From the Government Department’s Director.
