I Can Receive Email But I Can't Send Email

If you are getting email send problems and got the error message # 0x800ccc0e or Protocol:SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): NO Socket error: 10061. This error is only occuring when you try to send email from your local computer that is using your local internet service provider. This error usually indicates the failure of your email program to connect to port 25 for SMTP send email.

In order to resolve this error you can use your Internet service providers SMTP instead of the SMTP service we provide with your hosting plan. Another method would be to change your outgoing email to use SMTP: Port 587.

For Gmail users:

If your mail client does not support SMTP authentication, you won't be able to send mail through your mail client using your Gmail address.

If you're having trouble sending mail but you've confirmed that encryption is active for SMTP in your mail client, try to configure your SMTP server on a different port (465 or 587).
