Launch your web browser, enter cs.o2o.my, this is the login page for Customer Service Portal of WHMCS.
Enter your Email Address and WHMCS Password in the respective field.
Once logged in, you will be able to see your Account Information page. Click on Services.
Choose My Services from the drop down.
You are now at My Products & Services. All of your services registered with this account will be reflected in this page. Choose your Product / Service and click View Details.
Under the Information tab, click on Login to cPanel button.
You are now inside your cPanel, scroll down to the relevant category to manage, edit and delete.
